The development of LED industry will be promoted in four aspects
under the guidance and organization of the Ministry of industry and information technology, China semiconductor lighting/led industry and application alliance was officially established on the 6th. It is reported that the alliance is jointly initiated by more than 150 domestic led enterprises, lighting enterprises, industry associations, standardization organizations, testing institutions and other units. Under the guidance and organization of the Ministry of industry and information technology, China semiconductor lighting/led industry and application alliance was officially established on the 6th. It is reported that the alliance is jointly initiated by more than 150 domestic led enterprises, lighting enterprises, industry associations, standardization organizations, testing institutions and other units
according to Zhang Zhicheng, deputy director of the protection and Coordination Department of the State Intellectual Property Office, the semiconductor lighting/led industry is a technology intensive industry. One of the keys to promote the rapid development of the industry, occupy the high-end of industrial development, and control the development initiative is to master a high level of intellectual property rights. Although China's semiconductor lighting industry started late, the industry has made rapid progress, and the growth rate of patent applications has remained the first in the world in the past five years. At present, the number of patent applications in China has accounted for 27.2% of the global total, close to Japan and the United States, and has become one of the most active markets for patented technology. Relevant domestic units have mastered a number of intellectual property rights in LED epitaxial materials, chip manufacturing, device packaging, phosphors and other aspects, forming a certain technical foundation. The industrial pattern of the Pearl River Delta region, the Yangtze River Delta region, the Fujian Jiangxi region, the northern region and the seven bases of Dalian, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanchang, Xiamen, Yangzhou and Shijiazhuang has also been preliminarily formed, which is enough to stop complex data analysis. The technological development of China's semiconductor lighting industry is showing a vigorous trend of hydraulic oil oxidation and coking in long-term work
however, it is noteworthy that there are still some problems in intellectual property rights of semiconductor lighting in China. China is extremely short of patent portfolio with market value and strategic significance. Ding Wenwu, director of the electronic information department of the Ministry of industry and information technology, said that the Ministry of industry and information technology will focus on strengthening guidance and planning, accelerating industrial restructuring, strengthening the construction of standards, intellectual property rights and testing systems, strengthening the interaction between upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and increasing the promotion and application of LED in various fields to promote the development of LED industry. Including making use of various channel funds, increasing R & D investment, and breaking through key industrial technologies and large-scale production technologies; Improve the quality and level of introducing foreign capital, and encourage foreign advantageous enterprises to increase investment in the upstream areas of the industrial chain in China; Through technological transformation and other means, promote the technological upgrading of backbone enterprises and adjust the product structure; Strengthen the integration of industrial resources, promote the merger and reorganization of enterprises, support 3. The rubber tensile strength testing machine must ensure that the protective ground wire is well connected, and keep the enterprise bigger and stronger
statistics show that in 2011, the output value of China's LED industry reached 154billion yuan, an increase of 22% year-on-year, and the output increased by 50% year-on-year. It is estimated that in 2012, driven by lighting products, the industrial output value is expected to reach 200billion yuan, an increase of 30% year-on-year
